The Fare network is looking to recruit a Global Monitoring and Development Officer to be responsible for implementing a new initiative in world football that creates a global anti-discrimination observer scheme.

The person will plan, implement and deliver activities that are in accordance with the scheme to develop partnerships, training programmes, identify issues of discrimination and liaise with football governing bodies.

The post holder will be expected to have a good knowledge of anti- discrimination issues in society, understand social change initiatives, be a good project manager, and act as an advocate for the Fare network.
