Subvenciones #FootballPeople
La mayor campaña de Fare, las semanas Football People, se acercan rápidamente. Las fechas de la campaña serán del 5-19 de octubre de 2017.
La campaña pretende conseguir que 100.000 personas participen de grupos de base, clubes, asociaciones dentro de equipos, ONGs, organizaciones de minorías étnicas, grupos de aficionados LGBTIQ y muchos más. La idea es que formen parte de un movimiento social centrado en combatir la discriminación a través del fútbol.
Un apoyo de hasta 500 euros está disponible para actividades de base que promuevan la inclusión social y celebren la diversidad, fomenten el empoderamiento de las mujeres y las minorías étnicas a través del fútbol y ayuden a la inclusión de los refugiados.
Las organizaciones pueden solicitar la ‘beca’ entre el 1 de agosto y el 10 de septiembre. Las intervenciones deben cumplir los objetivos de la campaña y se celebrarán durante el período de dos semanas en octubre.
El financiamiento para eventos más grandes también está disponible para este periodo. Las subvenciones están dirigidas a financiar iniciativas de mayor escala que tienen lugar a nivel nacional y el presupuesto es de hasta 5.000 euros. Las organizaciones interesadas deben enviar sus solicitudes antes del 3 de septiembre.
Piara Powar, director ejecutivo de Fare: “Queremos que la gente de toda Europa muestre lo que puede ser el fútbol, hasta dónde puede llegar el impulso social para provocar un cambio, sin importar quiénes son, de dónde vienen o de dónde son”.
Las semanas Football People están abiertas a todos, no importa quién eres o si te gusta el fútbol. Aficionados, jugadores, clubes, minorías étnicas, grupos LGBT, activistas, escuelas y ONGs, todos participan en la lucha contra la discriminación y por la inclusión a través del fútbol.
