Fare and Football v Homophobia (FvH) are teaming up to provide grants to support initiatives that challenge homophobia and the exclusion of LGBTIQ+ people in football.
We have available grants of 500 Euros. If you have a project that can support positive rights, we want to hear from you.
Consider making an application if you have an idea for a project that can promote inclusion, through three areas:
- Cooperation and partnerships
- Education and policy development
- Community activities: within and outside of the LGBTIQ+ community
Some ideas you may want to consider
- Bring people together at the grassroots to play, talk or share
- A project that develops cross- country collaboration
- Create or write a policy for new practices by sports bodies in your region or country
- Intersectional activities: Work with other marginalised groups to challenge discrimination
- Develop creative educational activities
- Bring people together and tell their stories
You can see three examples of what has been funded previously here.
You can apply from Thursday, 27 November, until Wednesday, 31 December.
Applicants will be contacted within one week with a decision.
All activities should be implemented during the FvH month between the 1st and 28th of February.
