Football v Homophobia has been supported by FARE to provide a small grants programme. The small grants are for grass roots clubs, fans’ groups and organisations wishing to undertake actions to recognise Football v Homophobia during February 2013. Small grants of €300 are available and can be applied for by completing the online application below. Ten grants will be made in total for actions which further the aims of Football v Homophobia, namely to:

1. Make existing football structures safe, welcoming and inclusive for LGBT people
2. Create opportunities for LGBT people to engage with football
3. Improve representation of LGBT people throughout football

The deadline for applications to the small grants programme is 11th January. All successful applicants will be informed of the outcome by 14th January. Successful applicants will be expected to complete an evaluation form describing measurable outcomes of their action for which funding has been granted. Evaluation forms will be emailed to all successful applicants alongside notification of success and must be completed and returned by 11th March 2013.
