Fare i FvH objavljuju dodjelu grantova za projekte borbe protiv homofobije u nogometu
Međunarodna mreža za antidiskriminaciju i društvenu inkluziju u nogometu Fare network i FvH (Football v. Homophobia) objavljuju dodjelu manjih grantova za finansiranje projekata i aktivnosti u okviru Međunarodnog mjeseca borbe protiv homofobije i transfobije u nogometu, koji će se desiti u veljači 2016. godine.
Sve nevladine organizacije koje se bave promicanjem ljudskih prava, neformalne skupine, navijačke skupine, udruge mladih i ostali su pozvani da predlože aktivnosti i apliciraju za jedan od dvadeset manjih grantova u vrijednosti do 400 eura.
Predložene aktivnosti bi trebale da budu u skladu sa ciljevima kampanje Mjeseca borbe protiv homofobije i transfobije u
nogometu, praveći nogomet sigurnim i prihvatajućim mjestom za LGBT osobe, stvarajući prilike za njih u nogometu i športu uopće, kao i slaveći različitosti među ljudima.
U 2015. godini tisuće ljudi u Engleskoj, Španjolskoj, Belgiji, Francuskoj i Poljskoj su se pridružili ovim inicijativama
suzbijanja diskriminacije bazirane na seksualnom i rodnom identitetu, a kroz posljednjih pet godina ovaj povjesni mjesec za LGBT zajednicu dobio je široki međunarodni karakter.
“Svake godine u Velikoj Britaniji surađujemo sa profesionalnim klubovima na suzbijanju diskriminacije LGBT osoba u nogometu i to nam pomaže da našu poruku o inkluziji pošaljemo cijelom svijetu. Također, znamo da nemaju samo klubovi odgovornost stvaranja nogometa prihvatajućim za sve, nego da su i navijači, edukatori i ostale skupine građana također važne u pomoći da se naprave promjene u društvu.“ - kazala je direktorica FvH Lou Englefield.
Rok za apliciranje je 31. prosinac 2015. godine putem web stranice www.footballvhomophobia.com, a uspješni aplikanti će biti obaviješteni do 4. siječnja 2016. godine
