The biggest cross-cultural football event in Eastern Europe is looking for participants to join the 16th edition of their tournament, Etnoliga, which will kick-off on 8 April in Warsaw, Poland.
Etnoliga, organised by the Fare member Fundacja dla Wolnosci, is a long-term social programme since 2005 that is based on activation of diverse communities through football, including refugees, women and the LGBT community, as well as local communities.
Tournaments are organised twice a year, bringing together over 300 players from across the world. Men and women play together. Participants prepare contests, snacks and presentations. The scoring system rewards fair play and extra activities. Players themselves establish additional rules for the games.
The initiative is open to individuals and teams who wish to join an all-inclusive league. To register click here.
The tournament will run until 24 June.
