01 December 2013 – Croatia Prva HNL: GNK Dinamo Zagreb v HNK Hajduk Split
Ultra groups of Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split (Bad Blue Boys and Torcida), sang nationalist, racist and homophobic chants throughout the match.
02 December 2013 – Poland: Resovia Rzeszów
A fan of Resovia Rzeszów made anti-Semitic comments on a social media platform.
In a rare step the fan has been charged of insulting the Jewish community by the Rzeszów’s Prosecutor’s Office.
04 December 2013 – English Premier League: Swansea City v Newcastle United
A Swansea City supporter racially abused an unnamed Newcastle player by making a monkey gesture.
The supporter has been given a Football Banning Order and fined £65.
10 December 2013 – UEFA Champions League: Olympiacos v Anderlecht
A group of Olympiacos fans displayed far right material.
Details of the incident were passed to UEFA for action. Olympiacos were fined €30,000 and given a partial stadium closure.
10 December 2013 – UEFA Champions League: Plzen v CSKA Moscow
Display of far-right material by CSKA Moscow fans.

11 December 2013 – UEFA Champions League: Austria Wien v Zenit
Fans of Zenit displayed a far-right banner.
Details of the incident were passed to UEFA for action. Zenit were fined €40,000 and given a partial stadium closure.
12 December 2013 – Uruguayan Primiera División: Danubio
Danubio were fined €1,200 for supporters improper behaviour during the match against River Plate in November 2013. This was the first time the Uruguayan Football Association sanctioned a club for racism.
21 December 2013 – Poland: Zabrze
Fans of Gornik Zabrze co-organised a demonstration of racist and nationalist nature.
28 December 2013 – English Premier League: West Ham v West Brom
The ‘quenelle’ gesture performed by West Brom striker Nicolas Anelka.
The gesture is known to be linked to anti-Semitic action.
